Robin brings a diverse range of tourism and hospitality knowledge and customer service experience to People Tree Learning. From hotel and restaurant management, to post-secondary education, event management and independent learning, Robin has assembled an excellent understanding of service excellence and people management.
Since moving to Canada in 2006 with his wife and children, Robin has been an instructor with Capilano University and Eton College, a tour guide with Landsea Tours & Adventures, a training specialist with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee (VANOC), an operations manager with Aramark at Rogers Arena and now an independent learning consultant with People Tree Learning.
These positions are further supported by undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Tourism Business Management.
Born in South East England, Robin now lives in Port Moody, British Columbia with his wife Zoë and their 2 children, Sophia and Morgan. Apart from a passion for people and communication, Robin enjoys running marathons, spending time with the children, following West Ham United and playing the odd round of golf.

Zoë brings to People Tree Learning a wealth of experience gained in both Canada and England. She is extremely resourceful, and loves new challenges. She thrives on providing quality customer service and working with others to share success. Most of all, she is passionate about people and potential.
Zoë has worked as a retail district manager, a public sector recruitment consultant, an office manager for a private clinic and a client service representative for one of Canada’s leading banks.
These positions have given her extensive experience in customer service, sales, office administration, team leadership, business management and accounting.
